How do I start a return?

Navigate to My Orders.

Select the item you wish to return.

Click Request Return.

Follow the instructions to submit your request.
Your return will be automatically approved, and you'll receive a prepaid USPS return shipping label.
You can schedule a USPS pickup or drop off your package at your nearest USPS Post Office.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is delivered to our facility, your refund will be issued within 5 business days.
