You can easily track your return through our online Returns Portal.

Step 1: Check Your Return Status

  1. Log in to your Unturned account.

  2. Navigate to My Orders.

  3. Select the order containing your return.

  4. Click View Return to access your return details, if available.

  5. View your return tracking information and shipping updates.

Step 2: Track Your Package with USPS

You can also track your return directly through USPS.

  1. Locate the tracking number on your prepaid return shipping label.

  2. Visit USPS Tracking.

  3. Enter your tracking number to view the latest shipping updates.

What Happens After My Return Is Delivered?

Once your return is delivered to our facility, our team will inspect and process it.

Your refund will be issued within 5 business days of your return being delivered.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available.
