You can easily track your Unturned order through your account once it has shipped.
How to track your order

Log in to your Unturned account.

Navigate to My Orders.

Select the order you want to track.

Click Track Order to view your shipment's tracking information and delivery updates.
Tracking information not available?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, tracking information may not be available.
Once your package ships, you'll be able to follow its delivery progress.
