Return Policy: Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery to qualify for a return.
Step 1: Request a Return

Log in to your Unturned account.

Navigate to My Orders.

Select the order containing the item you wish to return.

Click Request Return.

Follow the instructions to submit your request.
Your return will be automatically approved, and you'll receive a prepaid USPS return shipping label immediately upon submitting your request.
Step 2: Ship Your Return

Securely package your item.

Attach the provided return shipping label to your package.

Choose whichever shipping method is most convenient:

Schedule a USPS pickup: Have USPS collect your package from your address.

Drop off at USPS: Take your package to your nearest USPS Post Office.

Be sure to keep your tracking information until your return has been processed.
Step 3: Receive Your Refund
Once your return is received and processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
